Our local Farms and Purveyors. These are our sources that include the South Florida growing season plus the off season through Farm To Kitchen. Masienda supplies Centro Taco with Landrace Non-GMO maize. We create our tortillas from scratch with house-nixtamalized Oaxacan white bolita corn, grinding and pressing daily. Lacto-vegetarian Oaxacan cheese bollita de maiz. Grit Girl Mississippi stone ground grits, raw vegan verde salsa. Heirloom tomato, torta frybread, raw verde dressing, chapuline salt, mint.
