And the fabulous Calzones. 1/4 cup light rum. 3 cups cake flour, plus more for pans. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pans. 2 cups baker's or superfine sugar. 1 cup whole milk. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1 cup sweetened flake coconut (long, lacy flakes). Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Make the rum syrup. In a small saucepan. In a bench-top mixer.

Monday, February 28, 2011. Lincoln thanks for making us proud by being RESPONSIBLE in school. Basketball couldn't be more fun and hilarious to watch. We didn't catch anything, unlike our first time when Reese pulled in a 4" monster, but she did turf it on the cement and got a life threatening scratch. D came to the rescue with an OSHA approved band-aid and Reese knew she was saved. So, tonight we went to catch a fish, and came home with a little girl that has a little less fear. We've been taking him regularly and he never had a problem, so you can imagine my shock when the dentist told me he had THIRTEEN cavities. THIRTEEN!
