Monday, November 3, 2008. Cooper celebrated his first halloween (or, for the uber-spiritual, Reformation Day) at his Gigi and Pops' House in Grand Prairie. Although Cooper wanted to go to the football game with his dad and Pops, his mom, Gigi, Aunt Cortney, and Gran kept him at home with them. They didn't even take him trick or treating. We have given you some pictures as well as video of this initial experience. Please enjoy as much as we enjoyed this moment. Our God is good! Cooper and Mom before things got messy. We didn't catch anything, unlike our first time when Reese pulled in a 4" monster, but she did turf it on the cement and got a life threatening scratch. D came to the rescue with an OSHA approved band-aid and Reese knew she was saved. So, tonight we went to catch a fish, and came home with a little girl that has a little less fear.
