Tuesday, August 16, 2011. I started level 2 of the 30 Day Shred yesterday, and let me tell you, brutal! I was able to complete the entire thing though, even the plank moves! So proud of myself. although nervous to see what level 3 will bring! My Monday Weigh In! Did my first official weekly weigh-in yesterday and I'm down 5lbs!
