Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Alright so I’m a little behind in this week’s update…what a week it has been! Unfortunately, as I said in my video blog, my health condition acted up which seriously limited me from being able to work out. And, unfortunately, that also meant I didn’t completely follow the eating plan as usual. I must admit I was SHOCKED when I begrudgingly got on the scale only to notice I had lost another 1.5lbs! I guess that resting was what my body needed. Sorry that this post is so short.
