A Girl's Peace of Mind. WITH A LITTLE BIT OF SOUTHERN AND A LOT OF REBEL. Friday, March 16, 2012. Dealing With An Irritable Uterus. Every woman has their blissful moments during pregnancy and those moments that are not so blissful. I know a few people who felt fantastic throughout all of their pregnancies and SO wish I was one of those.for the sake of myself, my husband, and my children, in utero and not. I've been dealing with an irritable uterus. Basically irritable uterus is defined as your uterus con...

Darby Developments: August 2009
http://darbymom.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 24, 2009. I usually just rant and rave about my frustrations on here, but today I thought I would talk about how proud I am of my kids. They are both growing and learning and they make me happy. Not that everyday is perfect, but all in all I have pretty great kids. I would love to post a cute picture of my sweet girls here, but our computer died and I am still trying to figure out how to get all the pictures off the computer. So let this be a lesson to you, back everything up often! Is any...

Darby Developments: December 2009
http://darbymom.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 9, 2009. I watched Julie and Julia last night and I loved it. I love the fact that they showed 2 happy marriages, and no one was cheating, and no one was getting divorced. Hollywood just doesn't show things like that anymore, and it makes me sad. They weren't perfect, but they were in love so they tried and they fought, but they made up. Posted by Melissa Darby. Darby Developments: AUGH, the Life of a Mom!
http://darbymom.blogspot.com/2010/03/augh-life-of-mom.html
Tuesday, March 30, 2010. AUGH, the Life of a Mom! Posted by Melissa Darby. I used to get so angry about the same thing. Here I am, had a hectic day, try and do what is good for my family and cook a meal that we can all enjoy together and someone complains. I totally get it. Most every night Kaiden goes to bed hungry because he wont even try it. Not one single bite. I have learned that it just goes with the territory and I remember being the same way when I was a kid. Breakfast is at 7:30am.

Not Wifezilla: November 2013
http://notwifezilla.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Blogging about boobs, babies, bed lust and everything in between since 2007. Posts That Make me Proud. Sunday, November 24, 2013. Last year, while pregnant with Margo, I craved all things avocado. I was addicted to that delicious green fruit mashed with a little salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder that I was seriously worried she would be born with a green hue. It was during the end of my pregnancy when I won a House Party. I didn't think things could get any better! After finishing lunch, it w...

Friday, September 30, 2011. Just a little late. Thursday, September 29, 2011. Because everything in our lives was bound to be a little "new baby" centered we tried to make sure to carve out special time for Noah! We danced and sang at musiKids. Venturesome Sojourners: August 2011
http://fegleyadventures.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 27, 2011. I'm finding it very fitting looking back on Noah's entry into this world with the post titled "Eye of the Storm". My body is an amazing natural disaster. As much as I wanted it, a VBAC was not in the cards. It seems that I am an excellent baby vessel but not much will coax the little ones out except 'unnatural' means. Being in the NICU surrounded by so many teeny tiny little ones that need round the clock care brings great perspective. We're so lucky for the gifts we've bee...
