Healthy cooking, fun and support for those dieting. Hello again, I’m back! April 23, 2015. I must apologize for not posting in a while. I started this blog to help myself and maybe others lose weight. I hit a plateau and became discouraged and stopped. thanks to my friend Chef Tony, I am going to do this! 😊 so…here we go! I think losing weight is THE hardest thing I have tried to accomplish. It’s even harder than Bootcamp was! Time to do this (and to quote a comedian), “Git ‘er done!

Healthy cooking, fun and support for those dieting. April 25, 2015. I had an interesting day today. My team finished prepping for two catering events tonight and a wedding reception tomorrow. Plus getting some bulk product ready for the start of our second home stand. Anyway,tonight’s dinner was not fish tacos as planned, but another great, crispy salad. It was very yummy and very filling and I haven’t started hopping around or craving carrots yet! 😉 I am sure you will enjoy this recipe!

Healthy cooking, fun and support for those dieting. April 29, 2015. What a wonderful day it’s been! I found out that we were feeding Ozzie Smith and friends, and the Pujols family! How cool is that? 😊 we also had a catering event that went very well and showed some of our new menu items to VIP’s. It was hard work because it’s also a game day so making sure all the food for our Suites and Party Rooms was done and ready to go, but also making sure our VIPS were happy and well fed. Whew!
