Becoming Chef Nini
Thursday, September 29, 2011. This is another short post just to update you on what the Chef has been up to! It is no excuse for not posting as often, but my heart is still here! So Recently i started an internship at Flour Bakery in Cambridge, where after less than a month into it, i got offered a job :D now i am happy to say that i am full time baker at Flour. The experience is invaluable, I have been learning so many amazing skills from very talented people. ( Sooo Happy :) ). Here are some pics!

Je pense que cette recette pourrait donc plaire. Il s’agit de dos de cabillaud cuisinés en gratin avec une sauce tomate, des rondelles de citrons, du basilic et un peu de parmesan. Si vous n’aimez pas le fromage mais que vous aimeriez faire cette recette (coucou maman! D), vous pourriez remplacer le parmesan par un peu de chapelure.
