STEAMED CHINESE CABBAGE WITH SHRIMP AND BLACK MUSHROOM. 1 Small Chinese Cabbage. 8 to 10 Black Mushrooms (Shiitake). 4 to 5 Garlic Cloves. 1 Tsp Light Soya sauce. 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce. 1 Tsp Sesame Oil. Salt and Pepper Powder to Taste. Soak the mushrooms in normal water for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut the mushroom and shrimps. In julienne.
