From - Southern Cakes. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1 tsp baking soda. 3 eggs, slightly beaten. 3/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1 80z can of crushed pineapple (do not drain). 2 cups mashed ripe bananas. 1 cups finely chopped pecans. PECAN CREAM CHEESE FROSTING. 1 80z package cream cheese, softened. 1/4 cup butter, softened.
