March 25, 2013. 175 grams unsalted butter. 175 grams golden caster sugar. 225 grams self-raising flour, sifted. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 2 eggs, beaten. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 50 millilitre Greek yogurt. 2 eating apples, peeled, cored and diced. 75 grams desiccated coconut. Pre-heat the oven to 180 C. Arrange on a serving plate when cool and garnish with 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut before slicing into portions.
