I'm living in Kigali. Monday, September 22, 2008. Venturing out into the Streets. It's always straight back to apartment after work. Today, while waiting for our driver to pick us up, we decided to venture into the streets opposite our office (they are slumps and shop houses). As we approach one of the "houses", the woman sitting outside started shouting "I dunno what.", for a moment, I thought: "Shit! Did we offend them?
