CHICKEN MASALA
Chicken – 1. Thick Curd – 1 cup. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp. Salt – to taste. Big onion -2 (finely sliced). Lime – 1. Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp. Grind to a paste:. Cardamom – 7. Cinnamon – 1” stick. Red chilly – 7. Peppercorns – ½ tsp. Cumin – 1tsp. Poppy seeds – 1tbs. Wash and cut the chicken into slightly big pieces. Mix the turmeric powder and salt in the curd. Marinate the chicken in the curd mixture for one hour. Add the chicken along with the marinade and mix well. Serve hot with naan or chappathis.
