Chicken – 1. Curd – 1/3 cup thick hung curd. Tandoori powder – 2tsp. Garam masala powder – 2tsp. Chilli powder – 1tsp. Pepper – ½ tsp. Salt – to taste. Red colour – a pinch. Lime – 2. Ghee – 3tsp. Clean and skin the chicken and cut into 4 big pieces. Prick well with a fork. Mix the curd, tandoori powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder, pepper, salt, red colour and juice of the lemons in a large basin. Cook the chicken in a gas tandoor or grill in an oven. Serve hot. Garnish with lime and onion.

Chicken – ½ kg. Carrots – 4. Tomatoes – 4. Potatoes – 2. French Beans – 100 gm. Big onions – 2. Gingelly oil – 4 tsp. Ghee – 4 tsp. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp. Salt – to taste. Grind to a paste:. Red chillies - 6. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp. Coriander seeds – 2 tsp. Garlic – 1. Ginger – 1/2”. Wash and cut chicken. Cut the vegetables into big cubes. Mix turmeric powder and salt to the ground masala and spread this mixture evenly on the chicken pieces. Pour the oil and ghee on the chicken and pressure cook for.
