Living the Good Life: Bugs and Skunks
http://janaestolle.blogspot.com/2010/10/bugs-and-skunks.html
Living the Good Life. My Comings and Goings in Nashville, TN. Monday, October 18, 2010. Thanks to Google Images for the pictures.) :). Before I forget, I need to write something short about the insane amount of bugs that Tennessee seems to have. Sheesh! The other unpleasantry: skunks. I smell at least a few a week. I've never smelled so much skunk spray in my life. This bug/skunk situation may not sound very appealing to you.but in spite of it all, I still think Nashville is Zion. :). Haha There are a fe...

Living the Good Life: May 2012
http://janaestolle.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Living the Good Life. My Comings and Goings in Nashville, TN. Monday, May 7, 2012. This picture, to me, is an adventure waiting to happen. When I look at it, I can't help but think of the careless summer days of childhood. I want my kids to have a tree house. The teacher part of me thinks, "That's a major liability,".but the rest of me says, "Kids have been doing this for ages. Let kids be kids! I kind of want to climb that ladder, myself. Love my neighborhood walks! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Living the Good Life: The Day I Became a Bass
http://janaestolle.blogspot.com/2011/01/day-i-became-bass.html
Living the Good Life. My Comings and Goings in Nashville, TN. Saturday, January 15, 2011. The Day I Became a Bass. It amazes me what the common cold can do to a person. After spending a little too much time in the snow before going home for Christmas, I developed a cold which consequently qualified me for the bass section of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. No audition necessary. So look for me among the black suits and matching ties next time you see the MoTab. I'll be the only one with long, blond hair.

Living the Good Life: April 2012
http://janaestolle.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Living the Good Life. My Comings and Goings in Nashville, TN. Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Well, it's been over a year since I last wrote (sounds an awful lot like every diary entry I wrote when I was little). I was reminded today about how much I like to write. I've missed it. So why not start now? It can't hurt to try, so here goes nothing! Frankly, I've seen beautiful country on all sides of Nashville, but the Walter Hill area has one claim on my heart that none other has:. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Living the Good Life: July 2012
http://janaestolle.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Living the Good Life. My Comings and Goings in Nashville, TN. Saturday, July 28, 2012. The Little Things Add Up. Yesterday was one of those "the-little-things-add-up" days. I had three small experiences that made me smile, in spite of feeling somewhat bogged down in my mind by other things. They really are small, so don't expect anything earth-shattering. 1 The Shopping Cart. I don't know, but it satisfies the ideal hopes in my imagination. 2 A Gallon of Tea. I'm glad I could catch that moment in time.

Living the Good Life: December 2010
http://janaestolle.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Living the Good Life. My Comings and Goings in Nashville, TN. Friday, December 31, 2010. Don't let the date above deceive you. It is 2:05 AM on January the 1st of 2011. Today, well, yesterday actually, I was wondering why on earth the new year is such a big deal for people. Don't get me wrong- I love that it prolongs my Christmas break, but why is it such a cause to celebrate? When you really think about it, though, it is. My 2010 was full of new experiences and excitement. I completed my Teacher Wor...

Living the Good Life: June 2009
http://janaestolle.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Living the Good Life. My Comings and Goings in Nashville, TN. Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Laws of School, p. 183, 436. I'm at that point in the term when it seems there is more to do than can be done. Why does this happen every semester? I think it must be a school law or something that says, "We must overwhelm our students with a multitude of assignments and presentations at the end of each semester." Whoever wrote that law really stinks. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Welcome to my blog! The Book of Mormon.
