Monday, February 25, 2008. Dal Fry yummy with rice. 1 1/2 cups toor dal, washed and drained. 1 tomatoe medium sized cut into small pieces. 1 onion chopped into small pieces. A pinch of turmeric powder. Coriander leaves few strands cut into pieces. Curry leaves 2 strands cut into small pieces. 3 green chillies cut into pieces. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp. 1 tsp cumin seeds. 1 tsp mustard seeds. 4 Tbsp butter/ any Oil. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. 1/2 tsp dhania powder. Add salt to taste. 1 onion finely chopped.
