Monday, May 31, 2010. It was long weekend again and we drove up to Kuantan. For a short break this time round. It was supposed to be a 3-hr drive but took much longer due to traffic jams on the highway and roadworks as well. As usual, it was a breeze to drive when the two kiddos are sleeping but once they are awake, lots of effort needed to keep them entertained, so that the driver can keep his sanity while driving. Wednesday, October 28, 2009. When the sun comes out . One of the things that I dread at night is either Sofia having a bad dream and start talking out loud or she waking up in the middle of the night and not wanting to sleep again. Usually the later happens when she is on flu medication, not sure why but the medicine seems to put her in deep sleep for the few 5-6 hours then she will wake up. And I am like a half-asleep frowning clown juggling them in the middle of the night. After 5 mins of thumb sucking .

Thursday, July 29, 2010. Nah, Sofia is not injured. I am just fed up of reminding her numerous times when we go to bed not to suck her thumb. Just before I tuck her into bed, I would always remind her,"Sofia, you promised NOT to suck your thumb, so no sucking ok. She would nod her head innocently. Barely five minutes later, I would hear the familiar sound of " muuukkmmmuuuukmmuuuuk. Then I would sit up and look over. I am NOT sucking my thumb! AFTER she pulls her thumb out. Kind of enjoyed it! Thursday, April 22, 2010. Jeremiah is finally sleeping through the night now without asking for milk at night BUT he has developed another sleep disruption habit. Saturday, July 3, 2010. This is a boy who loves to go to the park and I am sure he does not mind to spend the entire day there, chasing birds and monkeys. Jeremiah gained his independence through walking at a relatively young age and is now very proficient walker.
