This is one the whole family will enjoy. In a sauce pan combine 2 1/2 cups quinoa with 5 cups water. Bring to boil, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes. You'll know when the quinoa is done when the little tails pop out. Toss the quinoa with the chopped veggies and then add the dressing and toss until it is well blended.

For my daughter's first birthday I really wanted to have cupcakes. We were going to have a large group of people and I couldn't find a cupcake stand large enough and didn't really care for the ones I saw. Only 'cause my dad won't stop nagging me about it). So I went to get another jab today, to get my antibodies for Hepatitis B. And I just realised something: I think I. Actually scared of needles. The one who jumps at the opportunity to donate blood, this isn't supposed to happen! Oh, by the way, I love the pink.
