Eu fiz em 2 processos. Uma parte no sol, outra na geladeira. O sol é importante porque dá um certo "defumado", característico da carne de sol nordestina. Segunda-feira, 4 de outubro de 2010. Almôndegas de cordeiro com linguine ao molho rústico de tomates, azeitonas pretas e rúcula. Já fiz essa massa em outras ocasiões. Tinha provado com o pessoal da agência, almoçando num italiano chamado La Pasta Gialla. No Itaim. Mais uma vez resolvi “adivinhar” a receita e misturar com umas coisinhas que eu tinha em casa. Um prato totalmente rústico e muito bom. Vale a pena tentar. 500g de carne de cordeiro moída. 1 gema de ovo. 1 colher de sopa de alecrim fresco picado.

Para quem ficou curioso sobre as receitas. Segue a de um dos pratos principais, que saiu na coluna do jornal O POVO. Aproveitem e se arrisquem: é fácil de fazer e uma delícia. 200g de manteiga(ou o suficiente para cobrir as cebolas). 200g de cebola fatiada. 100g de passas sem sementes. 30ml de creme de leite fresco.
