Just another WordPress.com weblog. 二月 1, 2010. 学习与需要， 刺激与反应的联系是复杂的，一个人无法搜集所有人的想法与经历背景，于是，我们总是尝试在相对客观容许的范围内，尝试为更为 确切 的需要而服务。 教学目标 ，是同学们既定必须达到的 终极结果 ，而在教学目标前，学生或许还有 不同阶段 的需要，于是我们又得根据学生的学习速度、学习能力为起点，从 比学习起点高一点 Zone of Approximal development 的地方，给予学生帮助，使学生逐渐达到 教学目标。 我想这是以 学习成果 和以 教学目标 为设计的差别所在。 然而学生能力未及，于是老师可以将目标分成多个阶段，给学生逐步完成， 学习成果 未必是最终的 教学目标 ，但是它们逐渐向 教学目标 前进，靠拢。 我想 逆向设计 主要参考了 学习发展区 理论发展而来。 我想吊诡的是，小学部的 听说乐园 封面，似乎走的是 温馨、纯真 的生活风，而老师给予我们观赏的中学结合ICT的学习例子，却大有游戏、申辩策略等复杂情景的倾向。 我常 以为 ，语文与人文素养、 人 的发展是分不开的。 You are c...
