Ooedo Onsen was the onsen recommended to us by the hotel. It turned out to only be a 20 minute train ride away and one of the biggest onsen facilities in the country. It was huge! My Michigan metabolism couldn’t take the heat of the pools for very long; I think I was only able to sit in the hot pools for 10 or 20 minutes at a time! 2 thoughts on “ The Onsen. I thought I had made it to one of the higher temples on the map but then I realized I had actually went to the one that was one ‘hill’ over from it, andI didn’t have enough time to keep going up, and make it to the ferry on time. ;(.
