A happy family is but an earlier heaven. Okay, so I finally finished. I liked it, but I'm not sure I liked it as well as the. Novels. I think that since I didn't have a lot of time to devote to uninterrupted reading I got off on the wrong foot. I wasn't as taken in right away. And it took me much longer to read than usual because of how busy I've been. But towards the end I took more time to read it uninterrupted, and I ended up liking it much better than I did at first. My rating: 4-1/2 stars out of 5.

A year ago today. A year ago today I lost you. Though I had only known you for about a month I cherished you. I loved you with all that my heart knew how. I counted every day like it was a blessing because you were still alive inside of me. The day I lost you was the worst day of my life. And every day since then I've tried to move on. I've buried myself in life to avoid reality so I wouldn't have to think about you because thinking about you only makes it hurt more. You are my hope. And I never will.

Swamped with things to do, trying to cover just the minimal bases and I remember (okay.last minute) that we are supposed to take a decorated cake to the Cub Scout Blue and Gold dinner. So.we make a plan based on what we had on hand.
