Tuesday, October 4, 2011. School, New Jobs, First Birthdays. Chris is well into his first year of Dental School now and seems to be enjoying it thus far! He's made a lot of knew friends and between studying for tests and practicing with wax teeth making (you'll have to ask him about this! It's hard to believe our little princess is ONE! For over a year now, I've been practicing this little discipline I read about somewhere: when I start to worry or feel stressed, I say out loud, "I trust You, Jesus." Chris, Lauren, Nathan and Austin. Tuesday, October 16, 2012. Almost 2 weeks old! Austin will be 2 weeks old on Thursday this week. He has been doing great and we love having him home! He had his 2 week doctor's appointment today and he is now 6 pounds 3 ounces and 19 1/4 inches. The doctor is very happy with how he is progressing and said he is doing awesome! Saturday, November 28, 2009. What's in a Name? As all of you know Chris and I are expecting our first baby in March. I joined an online group to see what other women were going through the same things I am. Since we are all over 5-months pregnant the new debate is on names. I like unique names, unusual names, etc. just fine. However, can't we agree that there is a line that needs to be drawn at some point? While I think Apple and Sparrow are wierd names, Pilot Inspektor probably crosses the line, no?
