It seems like just a few months ago that we were bringing our little baby bundle home from the hospital and yet Brynlee just celebrated her first birthday. It's truly amazing how much children grow in their first year. I'm hoping she'll slow down a little so I can soak up her babyhood. But at the same time I am excited to see what she'll discover next. Sunday, September 28, 2008. The grass is always greener. . . .we're just glad to have some. It's a miracle. We have finally jumped on the blog-wagon. I'm sure I will be the one doing most of the posting so when it goes too long without an update you'll know who to blame. Anywho, since I am new at this, this first entry will be rather short and sweet. Now that we have a beautiful, sturdy deck in the backyard and a level, green frontyard it must be time to start on fixing up the inside of the house, eh?

Even though the only gift Chris and I gave each other was a new furnace (the old one died and we figured a warm house was going to be a pretty important thing to have). Brynlee. Saturday, June 13, 2009. One of Brynlee's favorite places in the whole house - odd as it sounds - is her changing table. Thanks Gramma Kit for the fun mobile. It keeps us ALL entertained! Brynlee will laugh at the animals on this mobile and dance for as long as we're willing to stand there and watch her. Okay, it's more just wiggling than dancing. The crew that attended was Shane (Brother In Law), Dylan (Shane's Son), My Daddy, Jeff and Kasey. Shane's parents own a Cabin at the Strawberry Pinnacles, which is just past Strawberry reservoir. Kasey went up a day early with my Daddy, Shane and Dylan. Jeff Joined them at Strawberry Reservoir the next day. Can you believe not even one injury the whole weekend!

Monday, July 22, 2013. Justin gets a black eye. Justin had spent the night at a friends house. Long story short, he came home with a black eye! A black eye he gave himself. Oh my little Justin. At first it was nothing. Then he said he woke up and there was a little bruise. Well as the week progressed he ended up with a complete swollen black eye. It drained at night when he was sleeping to end up going all the way around. Stinkin hemophilia! It stayed for more than a week! Justin is growing up so fast!
