At the time, I was not at all sure how long I'd be among the ranks, but I was intent on delving into this movement with both feet. Fortunately, I started with some of the best Minimalist shoes out there: The Vibram KSO. Other runners may start with something more transitional, like the New Balance Minimus. Blaze Orange 'n' Camo. Saturday, December 31, 2011. Yesterday was Jonathan's 7th Birthday. Mama made a brownie-cake in the shape of LEGO blocks. Then Jeremiah, Mama, and I set up a battle scene! Bad guys against good guys; it was lots of fun. Here are some close-ups. Mama made the "blood" out of left over cinnamon roll icing and red food coloring. Wednesday, July 25, 2012. So our County Fair was this past weekend! We enjoy l-o-n-g days and very l-a-t-e nights getting ready for and during the fair's four days. Hy C (my horse) was amazing! I am so blessed to have her, and enjoy her lots! On Friday we ran in ten gaming events, such as barrels and pole bending. We ran ten clean runs and at the end of the day, had seven blues, two reds and one white ribbon. We even won the Grand Champion belt buckle! Daddy did a wonderful job announcing the whole day!
