Monday, May 9, 2011. There is something very special about first-time mamas in the hospital with a baby. They are in complete awe over every single precious detail. Motherhood is one of my favorite things to capture, which is why I am FINALLY entering a photo in an iheartfaces contest! Although I can only enter one photo (the one below) - I couldn't help but adding a few after the first that came to mind when I thought of motherhood. I could stay awake all night adding more, maybe tomorrow. :).

Saturday, March 13, 2010. This little guy was born to rock (I say little, but he was 9 lbs. when he was born - WOW! I was soooo excited when his parents asked if I would take pictures of little JJ and dad's bass guitar! Once he was asleep, he let us move him all over the place - and was even up for putting his teeny tiny (again, I say teeny-tiny, but they were fabulously long for a newborn) fingers on the strings.
