In the Shadow of Tall Buildings. Someone is listening, from a safe distance. Thursday, May 2, 2013. J-Day at The Judson. I have another picture where Dr. Potts isn't suggesting we stop because it's hammer time. but really, this one makes me smile more. I don't mind cozying up to bumble bees to get a nice shot. In the Shadow of Tall Buildings. Someone is listening, from a safe distance. Friday, July 20, 2012. Our little bat pup. We found this guy in our house twice. seriously, he loved us. Finally we plugged the holes and sealed the chimneys and sent him on his way. This is a very long story that involves a Bill Clinton mask and more duct tape than I care to think about. In the Shadow of Tall Buildings. Someone is listening, from a safe distance. Tuesday, September 18, 2012. Getting a summer pass at our city pool was seriously the best decision I made all summer. The kids and I went at least one during the weekday and then Husband joined us on the weekends. great fun. Saturday, September 15, 2012. On out last day, we visited Arlington National Cemetery. I can't even describe what I felt except to say it was a "bonding" feeling. Like I was connected to everyone el...Walki...

In the Shadow of Tall Buildings. Someone is listening, from a safe distance. Wednesday, January 30, 2013. WIP Wednesday: Rice Packs. Well over a year ago, I made a few rice packs by following this tutorial. I found on pinterest (I also made the drawstring pouch too.) I made one of the full sized ones like the tutorial. Plus a couple of mini ones that are just a little larger than each compartment. I love them. heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer. They are great. Thursday, January 24, 2013.

http://christyross.blogspot.com/2013/04/running-football-and-tuscaloosa.html

In the Shadow of Tall Buildings. Someone is listening, from a safe distance. Friday, April 12, 2013. Running, Football, and Tuscaloosa. Those are a few of his favorite things. Husband, that is. A few weeks ago when it looked like we were on the cusp of spring, we drove to Tuscaloosa, ran around campus for an hour (that double stroller is getting heavier and heavier), then played football on the quad, then enjoyed the river walk, then had lunch at Pepitos. (holy run on sentence, Batman.). Husband. My ...

The First Family of Speigner.Welcome to the Farm. The happiest moments of my life have been the few which I have passed at home in the bosom of my family. Thomas Jefferson. Monday, April 4, 2011. We didn't think it would even happen because it rained every hour until his party started. We had to clear out the carport and hang visqueen(sp) to block potential blowing wind and rain. The theme of the party was John Deere, of course. I decided to go casual this year with minimal effort towards food and decor.

The First Family of Speigner.Welcome to the Farm. The happiest moments of my life have been the few which I have passed at home in the bosom of my family. Thomas Jefferson. Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Its been a while. Its been a while. I left a comment on a post of my blog friend SBS. That I was broke down with the motherhood.
