Ideas (thoughtful and less so). January 12, 2009 @ 4:45 pm. 183; { future. As I make important decisions about my future, I’m excited, but also sad about the doors that are closed once I choose one to go through. Before making a decision, it feels like there are infinite amazing possibilities out there. I can only choose one, and I’ve chosen what I think is the best compromise between what I want the most and what is most practical. However, as I make my plans, I am incredibly sad about the things I.

My journey across the atlantic, from north carolina to bremen, germany. About me and this blog. In August, I’m going to be packing up my life in a few suitcases. Possibly a box or two to ship as well (it depends on the luggage allowances on whatever airline I fly over on). My bedroom is full of stuff. Books. Clothes. DVDs. All kinds of random things. But I’m only going to be able to bring a tiny fraction of it with me. What am I going to wish I’d taken with me? What am I going to wish I left behind?

My journey across the atlantic, from north carolina to bremen, germany. About me and this blog. Tickets are bought, plans are made. It’s actually happening: I’m going to Europe. My parents and I are flying into London, staying six days, and then going to Bremen where they’ll leave me at college and go to Paris and then back to North Carolina. It’s hard to believe. There’s so much more to see and experience! Except not Madame Tussauds. I was traumatized by a wax museum in Madrid. Never again. I bought a f...

Thursday, December 25, 2008. Thankfully I survived all my finals and now get to enjoy Christmas break! Unfortunately there is no snow here in North Carolina. I will post soon on the play and put up pictures. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a restful break! Monday, December 8, 2008. Whew, I'm tired after an extremely busy weekend, including performances of The Secret Garden (which went fantastic, by the way). Here's a few pics that I couldn't resist posting right now. See you in 2 weeks!

DeAnna Diaries: March 2010
http://deannadiaries.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 11, 2010. Wintergirls monologue: Laurie Halse Anderson. I have no idea how much I weigh. This scares me almost to death, but I'm working on it. I'm beginning to measure myself in strength, not pounds. Sometimes in smiles. I'm spinning the silk threads of my story, weaving the fabric of my world. The tiny elf dancer became a wooden doll whose strings were jerked by people not paying attention. I spun out of control. Eating was hard. Breathing was hard. Living was hardest. View my complete ...
