In my opinion, there is nothing better than sticking on your favourite movie and losing yourself in it completely, and forgetting about all the things that have been stressing you out. Getting cosy with a hot drink, with blankets and pillows, (you could get your carer to make you a blanket fort for enhanced film watching experience! And your comfiest pyjamas, is a real detox for anyone with an illness, whether it be mental or physical, we all need a movie night every now and then.
