Monday, March 12, 2018. 昨天开始脸上开始起疹子。满脸都是。同事关心地问了一句，我不假思索地说，“压力”。 全都因为上个星期三开始去另一个客户P那里工作，本来该1天完成的，却因为一些设定错误导致我用了3天才完成。结果拖累了原来的客户D的工作。老板问我，怎么会这样？我说D时常改变要求而且新来的同事都不太能够帮到忙。我就不小心答应了今天会完成。 结果我的周末都在工作。。。 一来到公司，大家好像很忙似的，我又开始心理不平衡地觉得他们有什么好忙的？他们的工作我都用周末帮他们完成了！ 平常我可以容许他们轻松一点不过为什么他们没有办法完成工作减轻我的负担？我一直想、一直想。 妈妈早上为我好，给我放了5分钟祷告的影片。可是一个礼拜的压力5分钟好像不怎么有效。但是至少我的早餐有吃饱。 怎么减压啊？可以对谁发泄一下？还是因为太久没运动？ Link(s) to this post.
