Passed out without a sleep sack from all of that crankiness :). You know what's hilarious? Destroying the exam paper while waiting for the doctor. Seriously! Give it a try sometime. Everything together is just so so yummy, i love it! I think recipe is also what got nate to eat tomatoes on a regular basis. mmmm. 2 lbs roma tomatoes (core, seed and dice) - don't skip this step or it'll be way to runny with tomato juice! 5 tbl extra-virgin olive oil. 189; tbl. lemon juice. 189; tsp. dijon mustard. 3 tbl fresh basil (chopped).

I'm ditching the weekly menu thing for now. let's be honest, i can hardly remember what i had for breakfast, let alone what i cooked for a week :) but i do remember what the winners were in terms of new recipes, so i'll continue to share those :).
