A glimpse into my day. Oh yeah, my first time in New Mexico. This is Claire acting all silly for the camera. She was glad to be in NM because that meant she could get out of the car. This is my cousin, Brittany. She turned 16 and had a party in Carlsbad, NM, so I went with my aunt to the party. This is the gift I made for her. I specially painted the pottery to match her bedroom. We went to visit my family up in Doncaster over the easter hols. My bigger nephews were’t interested in an outdoor adventure away from their screens so my sister and I took the small ones to RSPB Old Moor. We’ve not visited any of the RSPB reserves before so this was quite exciting. Saturday, August 4, 2012. I have never used ground chicken before and needed to experiment with it. I had bought this Cajun Seasoning when I was in Charleston S.C. to visit my family, and have not had the chance to try it out. So why not now if Im going to do experimenting right? These burgers are pretty spicy so test your seasoning before using it, if you're not really into spicy food. It was a sinus clearing cajunfied kinda supper!
