Saturday, December 15, 2007. I still have a blog? Does anyone still read this? I have been F*ing busy! Third semester hit like a freight train, 7 classes meant up to 7 labs a week, add onto that midterms sprinkled thoughout. Toss in a couple major (final) projects near the end of the year while instructors were rushing to finish lecturing material and doubling up labs (in three of the classes we had 9 labs in the last 2 weeks). Saturday, March 31, 2007. I might just make it. I did hand something in EARLY for the first time EVER today) ok back to the Materials exam. the class average was 58%! Yup that's right the average was a failing mark! I was slightly below average with a 55%, but rumor is he is adding 14% to the exams so that will push me up to almost 70%. Anyways, I climbed down 8 flights of stairs, (we live on the 9th floor), before meeting the office manager and the firemen - it's just a water main break. So . I got to climb back up 8 flights of stairs. What fun! I got back into bed, (at 4:49am), but decided I probably wasn't going to sleep if the alarm was going off.

This past weekend - early on the am on Sunday, the fire alarm went off. Yay. We went to Denny's. Which is where we decided to hide out after the alarm went off in our building. I don't know if there was an actual fire, though the hallway smelled like something woodsy burning. Odd since I sleep through the noise made in the back alley at night and she doesn't.
