http://thecowardlycook.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Learning to go into the kitchen for more than a glass of wine. Friday, January 22, 2010. The Life of a Non-Traditional College Student. So, I pull a lot of late nighters. I'm not much of a morning person, and I have lots of homework that usually has to wait until the tribe is in bed. This is one of my late night snacks:. Brown Sugar Dijon Brie. It is crazy amazing. I first had it at a pampered chef party I hosted. And I make it from time to time. 1/2 cup sliced almonds, divided. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.

http://thecowardlycook.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Learning to go into the kitchen for more than a glass of wine. Tuesday, March 9, 2010. When I met with my Sassy Sisters for the Supper night we were to bring a Paula Deen dish. I chose to make a Vidalia Onion Casserole. It was beyond easy and fabulous! I have made it twice since as well. I also chose to bring a dessert and once I read Rum Cake I was in love. It is no secret that I am a rum girl, so this was going to be perfect, and Paula Deen knows her stuff! 1 C chopped walnuts. 1/2 C Vegetable Oil.

Learning to go into the kitchen for more than a glass of wine. Saturday, May 22, 2010. Themed dinner time again! This go around it was Italian. Learning to go into the kitchen for more than a glass of wine. Monday, April 19, 2010. Sassy Sister's in the Tropics! This month was hard for all the sisters to come together for the dinner. We picked a weekend that was the easiest for most. But in the end it was just 3. But we certainly did not lack food! Laurel brought along a spicy rice, coconut bread, and these brownies that were rich with dark chocolate and espresso beans. Fabulousness! What did I do? Big thanks to Brian Clark for helping me out!

Learning to go into the kitchen for more than a glass of wine. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Here is a little look back on my journey thus far. Note that it is almost all baking and has zero nutritional value. Boy do I have a lot to learn! First I get a cup of java! I have to be wide awake to see what the heck I am doing! I load up my kitchen island with all the goodies I'll need, and then get down to business. I know, it looks like I know what I am doing. =). Makes me wish it was July! My girls are a bi...
