Wednesday, January 4, 2012. This was the highlight of the trip! We all got dressed up in our Diamond Backs get up and off to the game we went! This was so much fun! The hotdogs, garlic fries, and burgers were delish (Pricey, but delish). It was a chance in a lifetime! We all got into the game (yelling and the whole 9 yards). Corbin had fun playing on the toys and caught everyone's eye, since he's such a cute little guy! Good times, Good times! The kids and Mom gettin ready for the game! Cory Drake and Fam.

Tuesday, April 3, 2012. 4th of July Weekend! 4th Of July Weekend. The last few years, on the 4th of July weekend, we head over to Enterprise with our boats and enjoy some fishing/tubing. It's been a lot of fun! Jack and Carrie usually camp there, but we haven't.not sure I could handle it! After we spend the day on the water, we go back to their camp and cook a wonderful. Dinner, then we head back home.to sleep in our own beds! Chloee, Danzi, Rykker and Corbin. Shay (trying to dodge the camera).

Friday, March 7, 2014. Come What May, and Love It. I've spent a lot of my time lately reflecting on the purpose of this blog. Some of my posts are spiritual, some convey everyday life, and some are just totally random. I think that's why I've referred to it as a "buffet of life events.". I want this blog to be a source a true goodness in this world. I want it to be a source of faith and to inspire others who may have lost their faith, or maybe have temporarily forgotten to have faith, remember.

Tuesday, January 28, 2014. We are never forgotten. The other day, I sat down to pay bills and realized that I only had one bill to pay.the mortgage payment. So I wrote the check (I know, I know.I should jump onto the "online bill pay train", but I just haven't yet), placed it in the envelope, addressed and stamped it, and set in on the kitchen table so I could be reminded to take it to the mailbox.
