Andy Driska – Sport Psychology Consulting. Services for athletes, coaches, and teams. Getting back in swimming shape. I’m trying to focus on regaining my feel for the water, without trying to reach my old stroke-count of 11 strokes per 25, which is unrealistic because I have been out of the water for so long. Not really a monster workout, but none of this was garbage. Maintain stroke tempo, don’t try to muscle the water too much. 4 x 50 FR warm-up — RI :10. 4 x 50 FR kick with board — RI :10. May 21, 2013.
