Monday, May 31, 2010. 1 cup butter, at room temp. 1 cup brown sugar. 2/3 cup cocoa powder. 2 1/3 cups flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 cup chocolate chips. Cream sugars and butter on low until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients. Beat in the vanilla. Add the chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom. Let cool. Monday, March 28, 2011. 1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Yellow cake mix. 1 1/4 cups water. 1 TB high quality cinnamon (I like Saigon). Pre-heat the oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except the cinnamon. In a medium bowl for 30 sec on low, then on medium for 2 minutes. Put 1 cup of the batter into a small bowl and mix in the cinnamon. Bake for 17 min. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan to finish cooling on a wire rack. When completely cool, top with buttercream frosting. 4 cups powdered sugar.

PB&J Shortbread Cookie Bars. 1 cup butter, at room temp. 1/8 cup brown sugar. 2 1/4 cups flour. 1/4 cup peanut butter. 1/4 cup jam of your choice. 1 cup powdered sugar. 4 TB heavy whip. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Sunday, July 19, 2009. Frozen key lime pie. It is super easy, and probably not the best dessert for you, (because of the cool whip) but it is creamy and tart and delish. Frozen Key Lime Pie. One 8-ounce container nondairy whipped topping, thawed slightly. One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 cup fresh lime juice. One 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust (I made my own).
