Notes from Japan
Here are a few notes, thoughts and updates from my time in Niigata, Japan. I'm here teaching English at a Junior High School in Joetsu. Thursday, July 17, 2008. It's time to say goodbye. I didn't know my konnichiwa from my karaoke when I came here, but I feel like I've given the language a fair crack. Some people say that the world is a book, and if you don't travel, you only read one page. I'm very glad to have read the Japanese page. I may even come back and re-read it sometime.
