Break the bread into cubes and put in a bowl OR you could hollow out the pumpernickel bread and break the bread into cubes and put the mixture in the middle of the bread.

Sunday, July 5, 2009. COLLEEN'S CURRIED BEEF, RICE AND MASHED POTATOES. 3 lbs beef (or goat). 2 tablespoons of Hot Sauce. Black pepper and salt. Wash and season with curry, thyme, garlic, black pepper, salt and onions. For best results, let the seared meat sit overnight in refrigerator. Pour a little oil in pot and heat. Place meat in pot and let brown a little. Add 1 cup water and seasoning. Add Hot Sauce for flavour and simmer for a few minutes. Make up 5 lb bag of potatoes of mashed potatoes.

Preparation: 20 min, plus rising time. 2 tsp active dry yeast, 1 tsp. sugar. 1 1/2 cups warm water, 105-115 Degrees Fahrenheit. 4 cups all purpose flour. 1/2 cup olive oil, plus extra to be added later. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water add 1 tsp. sugar and set aside until foamy. Combine flour and salt in a bowl, Stir in yeast mixture, add the 1 cup warm water and olive oil and mix thoroughly. Preheat oven to 450F (move oven rack to middle of oven). 1 Package Cream Cheese.
