IR Diet For PCOS - Support Community. The Report - Friday April 4th. Apr 5th, 2008 at 5:10 PM. Well, now that Spring is finally here (yay! What usually happens is I sleep for a few hours, get up and go shopping, then come home and nap for a few more hours. So I will eat 2 breakfasts, and I have to get something to eat while I am out running around, which usually means fast food. I am going to do my best, but damn these 2 days a week are going to be tricky ones! Ok, here is the report for yesterday:.

IR Diet For PCOS - Support Community. The Report - Monday May 5th. May 6th, 2008 at 4:14 PM. Some good things and some bad things to report - no treadmill, only one bottle of water, but I did eat my 2 servings of veggies and took my supplements! 10:30am - one slice white toast, natural peanut butter, low sugar jelly, glass of light vanilla soy milk, coffee. 1:30pm - healthy choice meal, diet coke. 2:30pm - string cheese, water, took vitamins and vitex. 4:45pm - zone bar. Apr 22nd, 2008 at 12:47 PM. 9:30am - one slice white toast, natural peanut butter, low sugar jelly, glass of light vanilla soy milk, coffee. 12:30pm - zone bar. 3:45pm - healthy choice meal, string cheese, coffee. 5:00pm - (why am I hungry already? 8:00pm - one and a half boneless thin porkchops, 1/2 cup instant garlic and cheddar mashed potatoes (oh.my.god. so yum - but I measured so I didn't eat too much! 12:30am - zone bar.

IR Diet For PCOS - Support Community. Here we go again. Apr 20th, 2008 at 10:16 AM. I started my food diary back up this morning, and tomorrow I am going to start back on the supplements. My Vitex came so I am adding that to the mix, *fingers crossed* - I haven't had a real period in well over a year and a half! Losing this 25 pounds will help that also, when I was down in the 155-160 range before I would get it a bit more often, and on my own (no supplements or meds). IR Diet For PCOS - Support Community.

IR Diet For PCOS - Support Community. Apr 11th, 2008 at 6:51 AM. Just when I was starting to get into my groove, dammit! This entire post could be TMI, but it's all I'm able to think about at the moment so bear with me. ;). Luckily on Thursday it started to drain a little and also look a little less red, and my fever seemed to be gone.
