Tempo LT run 18/8/09. The time is satisfactory to me as only 2 days after the harsh Chung Hing Cup. Warm up 0.453 x 4. Stretching x 10 mins. Cool down 0.453 x 4. Stretching x 10 mins. 賽前沒有太大期望,因為最近兩個星期狀態不好,上個星期日本來跑10k結果6k上岸,今個星期二8k上岸[之前好小連10k都跑唔到],今個星期四跑24k開始回復狀態尾10k跑到50min,不過之後兩日腳很痛,所以今日把目標降低到47min. 其實今朝唔算太熱，賽期間荃灣 氣溫２７－２８．５度，而且大部分路段都有陰． 反而上月黃昏賽就有成３２－３３度，所以今日好跑過上次． 不過大會派晶片／號碼布失當，差點唔夠時間熱身，最後趕頭趕命好求其叫做熱咗． 跑到8k左右,有一個號碼f字頭[即特邀運動員]的外籍女跑手扯我的耳筒,話我阻住佢跑,我問條路是她的嗎她竟然說是! 見到這樣無禮/品的人.不過最後她都過不到我,慢過我多於30幾秒,但她有組別第一.
