Sunday, August 17, 2008. Just Lost a Tooth! Eddie lost his first tooth today! He is thrilled that it finally came out after about 3 days of playing with it constantly. How much does the tooth fairy bring these days? He seems so old now that he lost a tooth, learned how to ride his bike without training wheels and will start kindergarten in 2 weeks. Wednesday, April 22, 2009. Post-stitches. Kate has a bit of a red scar, but with time, it won't be noticeable. Eddie and Henry riding their new scooters while Ben and Patrick look on. They were SO excited to get these for birthday gifts. They woke up at 6:30 the next morning, got dressed, ate breakfast and BEGGED to ride their scooters on the sidewalk. Thursday, April 30, 2009. Sunday. This was the day after he broke his tibia on a trampoline. No more trampolines for our family! They splinted it in the ER. He was quite uncomfortable and in pain until the cast was put on. Tuesday. This was the day after his cast was put on. He was so much happier and wasn't in as pain anymore! We've been camping, gone up to the cabin and done lots of swimming in Grandma and Grandpa's pool. We've eaten lots of s'mores and caught a few fish. We've been having lots of fun being out and about, going on various day trips, going to parks, having picnics, etc. We had a great time visiting Great-Grandma and Grandpa Brown in Walnut Grove. The weather was beautiful and the kids loved running around outside. Meg and Kate giggle in the swings and love to creep in the sand.
