After a period of change, it is now home and we wonder what took us so long to get here. No matter where we met or how long you have known me, you may have guessed that I can’t be idle for too long. In what used to be a 7-11 convenience store at 20th and Youngfield, they are almost ready to open Teller’s Kitchen and Tap. There will be 30 different beers on tap and a very tasty menu as well. Lundi 23 février 2009. Comme vous avez pu le constater, la Commission Cuisine est morte. Elle a connu le sort de beaucoup d'initiatives qui ne résistent pas à l'usure du temps. Elle nous aura néanmoins permis quelques mémorables soirées. Lundi 10 novembre 2008. Camarones au poivre et gingembre. Epluchez les camarones (1 à 2 par personnes), faites une entaille sur le dos pour ôter le boyau. Après 3-4 mn de cuisson, goûtez, éventuellement salez. Vendredi 7 novembre 2008. Prochain repas : Samedi 15 novembre.
