Thursday, November 29, 2012. The past couple of days have been rest days. Between work and being sore and rundown I decided to take it easy. I was back on the train today though. Every 2:00 do 5 Push Press (6 Rounds). Row 1,000 Meters/20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups. Row 750 Meters/15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups. Row 500 Meters/10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups. Row 250 Meters/5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups. I'm off work tomorrow so I'm planning on having another high volume training day. We'll see how I feel after today!

Friday, November 30, 2012. Thursday November 29th and Friday November 30th. Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes. 5 Hang Power Cleans. 10 Rounds for time. 10 Hang Power Cleans (135lbs). Did this 10 rounder 3 weeks ago and finished in 10:40. Not sure I'm more fit now, but I think my mind set was a little better today! Every 2:00 for 6 rds. Every 3:00 for 5 rds. 10 Stiff Leg Deadlifts. 5 Rounds for time. 30 Kettlebell Swings (53lbs). Did find out tonight that the 2013 CrossFit Open starts on March 6th!

To master kungfu the training must be severe. 1 Work to a 90% every time of a lift but no more. 2 If you have to do it at 100%, know why you’re doing it. 3 Doubles and triples are always more effective. Friday, November 23, 2012. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. My schedule has been a little crazy this week with the start of my new job. Don't worry though I've managed to do some WODs. Just haven't had time to sit down at the computer. Here's how the past few days have shaped up. Every :90 for 6 rds do 10 Stiff Leg Deadlifts. 30 Muscle Ups for time. Everytime you break on the Muscle Ups do 15 Deadlifts @ 135lbs. 20 Show Hands Push-ups. Score: 5 rds 20 reps. 15 Box Jumps (24"/Games Standard). 9 Toes to bar.
