So yesterday I thought about doing an endurance wod, but new this was coming so I just stayed focused and loose yesterday and I can't tell you how happy I was to post this time today! The first time I did this workout was on 4-29-09 and here is what I did. 21 reps @ 95 lbs. 15 reps (8 reps @ 95 lbs and 7 reps @ 85 lbs). 9 reps - 85 lbs. I did all my pull ups too, but it took me 14:30. If that's not proof that I've made gains in strenght and speed, then nothing is!
