September 25, 2010 in Uncategorized. First big weekend bike ride in my new home; I decided to man up early, when W went off to the bakery at 5:30. Took the train into SF from the east bay, and rode from the Embarcadero station to golden gate park; and then over and out! Into Sausalito I went. The funny thing was that I wasn’t alone. Almost from embarcadero, I had stumbled my way upon about 5,000 other riders doing the same. Apparently it was a 2-day charity ride for MS, up to Sonoma. The Science of Sport.

It was a long race and this is a long blog entry. Thanks for sticking with it. Kait caught me leaving the transition area. Did I mention I was psyched?
