Wednesday, April 23, 2014. The days are long but the years are short. Wow My last post was almost 5 years ago. I live in a new place, have a new job, a husband, and we are expecting our first baby this fall. It seems like just yesterday I was blogging about my dating adventures. and now I don't even remember what a date feels like (thank goodness). As of late. as I'm having these AWESOME (read : insane) pregnancy hormone swings I've thought two things. 1. WHY did no one tell me about this?

Thursday, September 18, 2008. This morning when I arrived at my car I found this note taped to the driver side window along with a long stem red rose. This is a copy, the font was all red with the handwritten portions being in Sharpie. This is just plain scary. I may have to move. Any advice out there? OK, that is really creepy. Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Today is not a happy day for Jewels. nope. Jewels is sick. I'm not entirely sure if it is allergies or a cold. Either way. NOT. HAPPY. Friday, March 23, 2012. I moved to NYC! Well, not really. But I am essentially living in NYC 5 nights a week for a good portion of this year. A few months ago I was staffed on a project at work that is located in Brooklyn and have been super excited about it ever since. I started out here last week and am scheduled to work here through mid-August - potentially longer if I'm needed and get extended. I am taking the day off tomorrow to go to a Sage conference (see previous blog posts) in Lubbock, Texas....

Thursday, March 1, 2012. I'm not sure what it is, but lately I've been itching to. Something. Maybe it's the fact that I work in a cubicle somewhere between 9 and 13 hours a day. Silly sounds from my underarm. I thought this would be a good time to let you in on my sense of humor. There was an article online at the beginning of the year where the author of the article had some unanswered questions heading into the next year that he had hoped to answer. That article inspired my own deep and darkest questions in life that has been left unanswered.
