June 3, 2014. We kicked it off with some amazing recipes from The Grilling Book. Watermelon and Grapefruit Fresca. Korean Kalbi and Beef Ribs. Finished Plate (beef ribs are missing but added grilled corn). We loved the cookbook. The recipes were straightforward and the food was full of flavor. For the next one we may turn the heat down a tad, but overall a very successful first C3 BBQ . And perfect summer kick-off! Did we mention we were poolside the whole time?
