Thursday, May 21, 2015. 1/3 c powdered sugar. 1 c white sugar. 2 (14 oz) cans coconut milk. 2 T coconut extract. 2 c coconut (divided). 1 loaf french bread (cut into 1" cubes). Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9x13 pan with butter and dust with powdered sugar. Bake on a cookie sheet in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup flaked coconut.
