Les Liaisons Delicieuses - Gastronomic Adventures. Monday, November 21, 2016. Chateau de Vault de Lugney - another Gem - this time in Burgundy. Last May I spent an amazing week in Bordeaux (which will happen again in May 2017) tasting and drinking some of the most incredible wines in extraordinarily beautiful châteaux, including Château Margaux and Châteaux d'Yquem. This last week we headed off to Burgundy and Sancerre and spent a heavenly night in the Château de Vault de Lugney, just outside of Avallon.

Try it. and you won't go back to delivery or frozen ever again! This recipe makes either one REALLY big pizza or two medium pizzas. 3/4 Cup warm water (105-115 degrees F). 1 Envelope active dry yeast or 2 1/2 tsp. yeast. 2 Cups all-purpose flour. 3/4 Tsp. salt. 3 Tbls. olive oil. 1 Pre-cooked sausage, sliced thin. 1 Can sliced olives.
